Dependency provenance

The Pixi environment uses the editable sibling checkout ../patchscholar. At initialization on 2026-09-08, its Git HEAD was 2507ecdcb9de3bf3932172c7594dc6c812b1a51b with uncommitted changes implementing arXiv full-text downloads, tests, and documentation.

The environment lock fixes resolved third-party packages; it does not freeze the contents of this editable checkout. Record the PatchScholar revision and any uncommitted changes when producing a corpus snapshot intended for reuse. Package changes should be committed in PatchScholar separately from research plans and corpus decisions here.

Ten-year snapshot, 2026-09-09

This collection used the live editable checkout based on the same 2507ecdcb9de3bf3932172c7594dc6c812b1a51b revision, with uncommitted work adding pagination metadata, combined OpenAlex search/filter requests, lazy credential loading, arXiv identifier normalization and repair, identity-conflict quarantine and retry, explicit source splitting, and publication-type-aware BibTeX export. The source checkout was not frozen by this corpus commit.

The final review register, query completion checks, database integrity checks, review-history preservation and export hashes are recorded in reviews/completion/validation.json. All three BibTeX exports were parsed with Pybtex from PatchScholar's test environment; this validation did not write corpus state outside this project.
